    • Small place in the East Village, didn't even see it as there was a door with a very small sign and a menu
    • There was only a 20 minute wait despite being a Friday evening, apparently normally it takes 1 - 2 hours
    • Foodwise - amazing, Price is quite on the pricy end.
      • Chicken Tatsuta-age marinated fried chicken
        • Quite nice, soft meaty chicken, very soft taste but I think I might have preferred the usual karaages though
      • Niku Udon beef short-ribs & honeycomb tripe ($17)
        • Udon is very chewable and really good and feeling
        • Bowl was huge
        • Taste really great; meat are both soft and chewy
        • Taste like "Bulalo" and a bit of sweet side
