Modifying the recipe as follows: Ingredients  For the Ice Buko Part 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut  1/3 cup condensed milk  200 ml (~1 cup) all purpose cream  2 cups water  For the Bean Topping  (I opted out of this and just use Nata de coco) 1 cup water  1 cup adzuki beans or red beans  1/4 cup sugar  Instructions  For the Beans Topping  In a pot over medium-high heat, add the water, adzuki beans and sugar.  Stir and cook for 30 minutes or until it becomes tender and the liquid thickens.  Transfer to a bowl and let it cool.  For the Ice Buko In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, condensed milk, all purpose cream and coconut water.  Mix thoroughly until well combined.

I am using this recipe from FoxyFolksy.com  and I just added Velveeta Quick Melt Cheese to make it cheesy. TIP: DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH FLOUR WHEN KNEADING.   I realized after X time failing on making a good pandesal, I was actually putting too much flour when kneading.
