Shrubs Syrup (for Cocktails or non-alcoholic)

I recently came across Shrubs when I was looking at a small shop in Bernal Heights and was really interested how it taste like but it was slightly expensive as it was like 15 dollars for a small bottle so decided to check how to do it myself. I came across a recipe in the website and I've copied it here but giving credit to the one who posted it. I did a bit of re-adjustment as I use the hot method but I still left the fruit in the Jar so it can soak better in the jar. Here is the Shrub in a Jar as well as the cocktail that I made from it :)  I just added 1 part Tequila (Gin or whatever you want) + 1 part shrub + 5 parts soda water and mix it with ice. Dalgona Coffee

Image
Just caught the Dalgona Bug Craze and so joining the bandwagon and this is very simple.  To Create that Whipped Coffee, it is actually relatively easy. Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons of Instant Coffee (not 3-in-1) 2 Tablespoons of Hot Water 2 Tablespoons of Sugar Just whip or mix them thoroughly till you get the consistency.  I have been using a Gym/Sports Bottle Shaker and Blender like this (and it took around 10 minutes to get this consistency). When you got that "creamy" consistency, just put them on top of a glass of milk and ice and Voila!
