Carbonara Recipe (Anthony's Carluccio's)

Recipe From: https://www.antonio-carluccio.com/Spaghetti_alla_Carbonara/ Ingredients 220g Spaghetti or Spaghettoni (the largest spaghetti) 25g Guanciale (the cheek of the pork) or pancetta (Italian bacon) cut into small cubes. 2 tbsp olive oil 2 eggs 50g Parmesan cheese (or aged pecorino) freshly grated. Freshly ground black pepper. Instructions Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and fry the guanciale or pancetta until crisp. Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl with the grated cheese and pepper. When the pasta is ready, drain and add to the pan with the guanciale. Then mix well to coat everything. Take off the heat. Allow to cool slightly. Then add the egg and cheese mixture. Stir to coat the pasta and serve immediately.

Tartine Flambee Recipe

I think this CoVid Thing is making me cook and try out different recipes and last night, I tried Tartine Flambee, which is kinda like a flat bread or thin pizza which I have tried when I was going around Alsace, France. It was very simple recipe and kinda easy to make.  There are a lot of various recipes, but I got the simplest one. San Francisco Pandemic Update - Personal Experience on Corona Virus Pandemic

San Francisco didn't go crazy right away like the rest of the US.  After declaring Pandemic by WHO on March 11, it was still OK, there were still toilet papers and alcohol but you realize that day by day, there are more people buying and hoarding things ... and like over the weekend (March 14-15), alcohol, toilet paper, and canned goods are all gone or groceries are forcing strict rules on limited purchase. July 29, 2020  There has been a lot of folks moving out of San Francisco and so I also decided to give up my my SF apartment. It was expensive for 3950 for 2 Bd 2 BA. Anyway, I went for a Covid Testing along Valencia to make sure that I am OK and I am not going to infect my relatives. Unfortunately, One Medical forgot to email me back my results (I was supposed to wait for an email) and only got the result after asking them on August 24, 2020.
