There are so many things you can't UNSEE! This street fair is really for those who have leather fetish and exhibitionists. All I can say it's Leather Crazy! Super Blood Moon 2015
This was definitely something not to be missed... as the next one is 2 decades from now. Fortunately, San Francisco is a hilly place and so I ran towards the intersection of 25th and Dolores Street, and found a good spot to wait for the Super Blood Moon to rise. Unfortunately, it was a bit cloudy but around passed 7.30 PM (PDT), the moon started becoming visible and there I saw the super red moon! Waiting for the moon to rise And there were tons of people starting at the moon And the moon finally came out!!! Such a lovely moon .. and seems a bit romantic The Sept. 27 event is therefore being called a " supermoon eclipse ." The last such eclipse happened in 1982, and the next won't occur until 2033. It's sister restaurant Lolo along Valencia is more trendy but also a bit pricy, and worse, the queue can be very long. This is much nicer as it's more cosy and homy feel... and the food is as good (though selections might be more limited) than the one in Valencia. Try out their original Taco Tropical... that is my favorite! Pork Taco Michealada - spicy (and mixed with Mexican beer) Red Sangria - refreshing Sangria! Taco Tropical Love this! Really really good! Ceviche Mixto Good Ceviche - but realized I'm not really much into this.. but this is good anyway!
Taquerias in Mission
Mission in SF seems to abound with Mexican Taquerias. I practically see like 2 or more in every block. Here's the top Taquerias if you want to try out their tasty burritos or tacos. Try to order the Super tacos or burritos but it can really be very filling with its helpful serving of avocado and sourcream.
