I have been to Roland Garros (French) and Wimbledon and it seems that US open seems to be 'less' exciting and crowded than both. But at any rate, it was still very very very fun! Tips: If you are a USTA member (US tennis association), you can try checking if you can get into a different gate. The line/queue can be a bit long but they sometimes have USTA member appreciation weekend that will allow you to easily get into the stadium without the long queue.
