Ranger's House and Wernher Collections

The house and the collections are not related. The collection was owned by a man born in Darnstadt named Julius Wernher (who got wealthy being a diamond buyer and a financier) and is on loan for around 120 years. Train: Black Heath train station which is 16 minutes from London Cannon Street or London Bridge or 25 minutes from Victoria station. It is a 20 minute walk from Blackheath or 16 minute by Bus 380. It is faster Prolly to go to Greenwich  or Cutty Dark DLR and walk from there and going thru the  Greenwich Park and nice houses along there. It is around a 15 minute walk. Note: The Ranger's house visitors are limited and you can go in only via tours at 11 AM and 2 PM. Reserve to avoid disappointment (see numbers here ). Also, the doors only open 10 minutes before the tour so if the weather is bad. Expect to be drenched while waiting outside for them to open the doors to the house. (So might be worthwhile to perfectly time your arrival). Tapes...
