Not sure if they just recently officially opened. I ordered the Niku Udon Beef was a bit not too tender for me. I wish it would just melt in your mouth The soup was good Udon noodle was good Love that they have tempura flakes, etc. They have additional stuff for Tempura etc. I personally prefer the Udon place in Stonestown as that was better and cheaper.

Chicken Tatsuta-age marinated fried chicken Quite nice, soft meaty chicken, very soft taste but I think I might have preferred the usual karaages though Niku Udon beef short-ribs & honeycomb tripe ($17) Udon is very chewable and really good and feeling Bowl was huge Taste really great; meat are both soft and chewy Taste like "Bulalo" and a bit of sweet side
