RiceString Noodle Shack (562) 210-8245 https://maps.app.goo.gl/jJbfdBjv5RmEZXGg9 This place is actually quite famous.  Sister restaurant of Phnom Penh (https://www.thenoodleshack.com/) which was featured by Fung Bros. They are pretty known for their Phnom Penh Noodle and Student Noodles...especially, their Pork Bone Broth if you dine. Tried the Phnom Penh Noodle and it was quite tasty and good.  It wasn't WOW but I like that it was just simple. Some might find it bland and will add a lot of the sauce, but I like it the way it is 

Address: 11900 South St STE 110, Cerritos, CA 90703 Rating: 4 out of 5 star Feedback: October 25, 2020 Tried today and they are still in their soft opening.  I went to order their House Hot Pot special with fermented tofu.  I could definitely smell the "fermented" tofu and it is smelly :) The soup is quite tasty and this is actually quite filling.  I order their new Roast Oolong Milk Tea with Aloe Vera - I will probably not order any other teas with them again.  I did order less ice and 30% but it tasted so diluted like I am drinking water.  My aunt has Green tea but she also said it tasted too bland.  The hotpot is quite good but I think I still prefer Boiling Point as it's cheaper and as good anyway and it comes with free green or black tea during Lunch. House Hotpot Special  I ordered the one with Fermented Tofu.  It has Pork, Corn, Imitation Crab stick, etc. Japanese Seafood Special Miso Soup (it has pork too)

Tried the following: Tuna Taco It was good but it was really just small and light and it wasn't that amazing.   Tropical Taco This was actually interesting twist, with fried battered shrimp and tropical relish, and instead of tortilla, they use jicamas. I like it as it's savory and something sweet Fish Taco Fried Battered Cod on tortilla really nice! Food was generally nice, and can get crowded.  Pricey as every dish costs like 13 dollars and has just two tacos.

Cons: They have a fridge where I can't put anything since they are all stocked with bottles and I can't take them away, since they will get automatically charged if I do so. Didn't find a lotion  No Bath Tub for the common hotel room I requested for some ice and I need to PAY $5 for a bucket of ice!!!! Really Crowded since people come here to party!

Not sure if they just recently officially opened. I ordered the Niku Udon Beef was a bit not too tender for me. I wish it would just melt in your mouth The soup was good Udon noodle was good Love that they have tempura flakes, etc. They have additional stuff for Tempura etc. I personally prefer the Udon place in Stonestown as that was better and cheaper.

Overall it was a good ramen for 15 bucks (and it has everything)

This was green tea with cream cheese and was of course yummy and very Instagrammable Galaxy Yakult A bit disappointed as I requested for 25% sweet and it was still very SWEET.   I would prolly go for Green Tea Yakult or normal milk tea next time. Selfie Tea Galaxy Yakult Was too sweet despite 25% sugar, I will suggest skipping this and getting something else
