It has tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, man-made lake, and children playground.  It was not bad for a jog since there was small hill that has a view of the park so it was nice to run on the pavements and hilly side areas.  Furthermore, you can run around that are shaded by trees so if it is too hot, you have a bit of shade.  There's a golf course beside it! Quite easy 3 mile hike that goes to very young Redwood trees (the only non-native Redwood tress in SoCal).  The park itself has tennis, volleyball courts as well as a man-made lake and it seems like it is often frequented for Wedding and Pre-nuptial photos.  You can walk up to the houses and have a good view of the mountains and landscape.
