Feedback:

  • They said they are the only award-winning coffee roaster in Los Angeles (SoCal)
  • I actually thought the coffee and food was quite good though I have a couple of things
    • It is tad sweet - for some reason, they seem to already mix some sugar in the latte, so next time, mebbe ask them not to put sugar or make it less sweet
    • I love that they have Green Match Latte :) love it!
  • We ordered Paninis and Early Grey Tiramisu - it was quite good and Tiramisu was very sweet (which I guess is very American and I don't really like but Panini was good with Pesto in it)

I actually like it and it's very feeling. Love the fact that they add pesto in it.

Love the Match Latte! It's really of made of real Green Matcha, unfortunately, tad sweet for me. Need to order Less Sweet or NO sugar for me next time.

  Bubble Tea 3 Ways Yields 3 Servings (1 1/2cup of uncooked pearls) Ingredients Tapioca pearls: 180g (1 1/2 cups) Tapioca starch **Edit: You can add up to 1 cup extra tapioca flour if your dough is still too sticky.(Some people are having problems with sticky dough so it might help, some times humidity and the microwave step might lead to a sticky dough) 80g (6 tbsp) Muscovado or dark brown sugar  120g (1/2 cup) Hot water 60g (1/4 cup) Extra muscovado or dark brown sugar Extra water, for cooking Few cups of room temperature drinking water, for rinsing Tapioca Pearls 1. Combine 1/2 cup of hot water and 80g (6 tbsp) sugar in a heatproof/microwave safe bowl 2. Stir and if sugar is not totally dissolved, heat for 20 seconds in the microwave 3. Lake Elsinore Walker Canyon Live Camera

It's been really hard finding the live camera for Walker Canyon at Lake Elsinore so that I can check out if there is super bloom. London Travel Tips

Transportation: Use Oyster Card Traveling by Tube/Tram/Buses Visitor Oyster Card Make sure you use the oyster card  or visit oyster card, there is a deposit of 5 pounds, but you can refund that later on.  The good thing is that it caps daily, weekly , and monthly  . Apparently, oyster card does not cap weekly - you have to explicitly  purchase a 7 day travel card for the oyster.  One day is around 8 pounds and 7 days is around 32 pounds plus 5 pounds deposit for the card, which you can refund later. Otherwise, top it up for 7 days or monthly. You can buy it in convenience stores/shops and the tube stations.
