  • This again was an OK trip.  Considering that we paid a lot more as it was 1300. We felt a bit robbed by paying that much because of the following
    • It was Catamaran, but not the luxury catamaran where the front area is where there's some sort of  an open space that you can just see. Looking at the picture, it really just looks like an ordinary boat.
    • We ended up in a place where there were Orcas and Humpback whales and it was good. But Unlike the other boats/ tours where they were really trying to get close to the whales.  Our tour instead most of the time stood still while the whales were moving away from us.  The ship captain was interested more in CATCHING his OWN fish to eat later than letting us make the most of our tour and get close to the whale.
      • We asked him to move to the whales and his response was that it's not his problems that the whales were swimming away (what a jerk!)

  Bubble Tea 3 Ways Yields 3 Servings (1 1/2cup of uncooked pearls) Ingredients Tapioca pearls: 180g (1 1/2 cups) Tapioca starch **Edit: You can add up to 1 cup extra tapioca flour if your dough is still too sticky.(Some people are having problems with sticky dough so it might help, some times humidity and the microwave step might lead to a sticky dough) 80g (6 tbsp) Muscovado or dark brown sugar  120g (1/2 cup) Hot water 60g (1/4 cup) Extra muscovado or dark brown sugar Extra water, for cooking Few cups of room temperature drinking water, for rinsing Tapioca Pearls 1. Combine 1/2 cup of hot water and 80g (6 tbsp) sugar in a heatproof/microwave safe bowl 2. Stir and if sugar is not totally dissolved, heat for 20 seconds in the microwave 3. Lake Elsinore Walker Canyon Live Camera

It's been really hard finding the live camera for Walker Canyon at Lake Elsinore so that I can check out if there is super bloom. Transportation: Use Oyster Card Traveling by Tube/Tram/Buses Visitor Oyster Card Make sure you use the oyster card  or visit oyster card, there is a deposit of 5 pounds, but you can refund that later on.  The good thing is that it caps daily, weekly , and monthly  . Apparently, oyster card does not cap weekly - you have to explicitly  purchase a 7 day travel card for the oyster.  One day is around 8 pounds and 7 days is around 32 pounds plus 5 pounds deposit for the card, which you can refund later. Otherwise, top it up for 7 days or monthly. You can buy it in convenience stores/shops and the tube stations.
