Feedback:

  • Seems like an upper class kind of dining which prolly will costs around 50-75$ dollars per person depending if you go for drinks and dessert, as that will bring the price much more.
  • Food is actually quite good and seems to have been inspired from various things e.g. the Grilled Octopus Salad reminded me of Tea Leaf Salad.


Gioia Burrata Crostini 
rocky sweet melon, harry's berries cherry tomatoes, basil
I actually like this but tasted more like dessert cuz of the sweet melon.


Grass-Fed Beef Tartare 
tarragon aïoli, pickled red onion, potato chips
This was with a twist as it was served with a potato chips.  Tartare was a bit sweet.


Charcoal-Grilled Mediterranean Octopus Salad
watermelon, cabbage, pistachio, chile, lime
I actually liked this and the dressing is quite similar to the one used in Tea Leaf Salad (and prolly why I liked it)

Normandy Butter 
rodolphe le meunier beurre de baratte
Just a normal baguette for me (honestly).




Spaghetti Rustichella 
pacific dungeness crab, santa barbara uni
Al dente spaghetti with Dungeness Crab. Quite good but prollly not for me.



Red Wine-Braised Beef Short Rib 
forest mushrooms, potato mousseline, broccoli di cicco, horseradish
Easy to chew short rib.

  Bubble Tea 3 Ways Yields 3 Servings (1 1/2cup of uncooked pearls) Ingredients Tapioca pearls: 180g (1 1/2 cups) Tapioca starch **Edit: You can add up to 1 cup extra tapioca flour if your dough is still too sticky.(Some people are having problems with sticky dough so it might help, some times humidity and the microwave step might lead to a sticky dough) 80g (6 tbsp) Muscovado or dark brown sugar  120g (1/2 cup) Hot water 60g (1/4 cup) Extra muscovado or dark brown sugar Extra water, for cooking Few cups of room temperature drinking water, for rinsing Tapioca Pearls 1. Lake Elsinore Walker Canyon Live Camera

It's been really hard finding the live camera for Walker Canyon at Lake Elsinore so that I can check out if there is super bloom. London Travel Tips

Transportation: Use Oyster Card Traveling by Tube/Tram/Buses Visitor Oyster Card Make sure you use the oyster card  or visit oyster card, there is a deposit of 5 pounds, but you can refund that later on.  The good thing is that it caps daily, weekly , and monthly  . Apparently, oyster card does not cap weekly - you have to explicitly  purchase a 7 day travel card for the oyster.  One day is around 8 pounds and 7 days is around 32 pounds plus 5 pounds deposit for the card, which you can refund later. Otherwise, top it up for 7 days or monthly. You can buy it in convenience stores/shops and the tube stations.
