Walkie Talkie's Sky Garden
Want to see London on the 35th floor for a free? Get your free tickets to go up to the Sky Garden of the Walkie Talkie Building (https://skygardentickets.com). There is a lounge and a restaurant there where you can find a spare table and get some cocktails and finger foods.
Where? 20 Fenchurch Street (Google maps seems to be showing it wrongly)
Nearest Tube station: Bank or Monument Station
I initally went 5.30-ish January 7, 2015 and there was not much of a queue, I went back again 11.30 AM on a weekday June 3, 2015 (Wednesday) and the queue was pretty long.
There are a couple of bars and restaurants which you can book. This one is at the 35th floor and you can have nice pastries if you get hungry.
