Overall Feedback:
This place probably will be awarded a Michelin Star soon as it at par (or better) than some Michelin Starred restaurants that I have tried. The food is European fused with a hint of Asian / Japanese -style and is definitely a must-try for food enthusiast.

and the menu...

and the food......
Sourdough Bread with Chicken Butter and Duck Liver Parfait
I love this! Love the Butter, the Parfait, and the Bread!

Doughnut with Dressed Crab
Nothing spectacular (honestly)

Mackerel on a Miso Soup.

Chicken with Mayonaisse mixed with Ink Squid
I love this! It went great with the Black mayonnaise.

Beetroot, Beetroot, and more Beetroot
Beetroot wrapped with some sugar flakes and in the middle injected with some panna cotta. Interesting and sweet

Vintage Rib Eye - 250 g with Peppercorn Saue

Sea Bream with Crispy Pork

Monkfish with Cauliflower Puree

Apple & Cucumber Sorbet
This was amazing and refreshing, a hint of mint, cucumber jellies, and amaretto

Chocolate Truffles with Blackberry Ice cream
Nothing spectacular, nor the ice cream was good

Almond and Pistachio Cake with Artichoke Ice cream
The cake was nice and the ice cream creamy, though it pales in comparison to the Apple & Cucumber sorbet
