• Quite a nice dining restaurant, the food was all BEETs though, but my colleague explained that it is actually winter food.
• Love the starters for the caramelized rye bread with parma ham as well as the dessert with the refreshing sorbet.  The rest of the meal was amazing but nothing exciting.

Apparently the sister restaurant of a Michelin Starred Restaurant,  Substans, but cheaper and you can get a 3-course meal for just 50 dollars (and that is in Denmark!)

Where to stay

• Scandic Aarhus
• Prolly one of the better hotels here. Big room and quite close to the train station (10 minute walk) and right just at the shopping center area
