Beautiful view from Animal Kingdom. With the "Mt. Everest" as a backdrop.

Animal kingdom is more like a Zoo + some rides and of course, adding the Disney twist to it.

Festival of Lion King


  • Broadway + Musical show bonanza - it was half an hour of fun, music, mascots - I really enjoyed it.







Mount Everest Roller Coaster Ride

  • Seems to be one of the most popular because it is a roller coaster.
  • It is not as bad but it goes forward and backwards!



Kali Rapids

  • This is the rounded tube where there are like 6 - 8 people
  • Can be a bit dizzying for some folks especially if it's fast and it goes round and round
  • Make sure you bring a Poncho



Kilmanjaro Safari
  • sit on the left side as there seems to be more animals to see
  • sit all the way to the back to see more and have less obstacles cuz you can look back.  But when it rains, you may get slightly wet








Trails
  • There are some trails and you can go and check out various animals.  It is like just walking around the zoo.







Mascots
  • Other than the usual Disney Characters, they also have their own special mascots and characters
