Courage Bagels, Los Angeles

 This place got popular with the NY Times article talking about LA Bagel Shops being BETTER than NYC Bagels.

As suggested in the YELP reviews, I tried calling and emailing them but to no avail :(  Maybe try emailing them a few days in advance.



Arrived around 11 AM on a Sunday and the line was pretty long.  Took me around 40 minutes to order my stuff


I think this is the best - Wild Alaskan Salmon Roe.  Their cream cheese is also very filling and good which makes this sooo yummy.

This is their simply delicious with capers and smoked salmon - YUMMY. I love that the Salmon is NOT that salty.

Their Smoked Salmon Bagel - I guess the difference with the Simply delicious bagel are the tomatoes and onions.
