The Thrilla in Manila
It's kina

Sisig Fried Rice, Tocino Steamed Buns, Lola's Pork Lumpia
Pork Lumpia has always been Filipino's favorite finger foods and this one is as good as any other Lumpia :) but with a Twist, they use mango ketchup (made from scratch)
Sisig Fried Rice - a twist to those who love Fried Rice and Sisig
Tocino Steam Buns - Reminded me of Pork Belly Buns that my Dad use to buy in Chinese stalls, but now, instead of Pork belly, they use Tocino and the tocino is quite good and soft/chewy too.

Fried Brussel Sprouts
didn't realized that Brussel Sprouts can be that good but tad sweet with some bacon bits and oranges.

Tagalog Old Fashioned
Didn't really taste different from usual Old Fashioned drinks but was curios to know that they use Panutsa and googled that it was some sort of brown sugar used in the Philippines.  Also, the alcohol was reallllllllly strong!

Biko
Yummy Bico with Coffee Icecream.  And id on't know what they added, mebbe pinipig, but there was something crispy there.
