Just right beside Big Lots and opposite Safeway is a small quaint Japanese ramen / sushi place. What I like about the place is that it is not crowded like going to Ken Ken Ramen where the queue is pretty long.
I ordered Tonkotsu Ramen ($11.50) and Negi Hama Hama Sushi ($5.00).
- Negi Hama Hama is a traditional Japanese Roll
- This was very simple yet I really like it. It was freshly made by their sushi chef. Simple and Good! Very nice Sushi Chef too :)
- Tonkotsu Ramen
- I ordered the Pork Belly, instead of Char Siu and definitely is good just like any other stewed Pork Belly
- Tonkotsu soup was not as thick as I want it and seems like it wasn't the 12-16 hour boiled soup.
- It was mild spicy as I asked for less spicy.
- It was generally good but nothing amazing. Better than Ken Ken Ramen though in my opinion.
