Beautiful view from Animal Kingdom. With the "Mt. Everest" as a backdrop. Animal kingdom is more like a Zoo + some rides and of course, adding the Disney twist to it. Festival of Lion King Broadway + Musical show bonanza - it was half an hour of fun, music, mascots - I really enjoyed it. Mount Everest Roller Coaster Ride Seems to be one of the most popular because it is a roller coaster. It is not as bad but it goes forward and backwards! Though I prefer Kingdom of Dumpling's version. Food was huge - ordered a braised Lunch meal and it was in a huge plate. Couldbbe easily be good for two people. It was the usual American size. Braised string beans was also really good, yummy, and crunchy but preferred the Din Tai Fung version. Pirk steamed dunplings was good but the skin was easy to tear and the meat seems to be not sticky enough that it just crumbles. Still good though. A bit pricy - 7+ dollars but then again, you can choose as much toppings The Ice Cream 5/21/2017 - Tried there Matcha Ice Cream - not really the "bitter" type of Matcha which I really wanted, but it is still good! It is also very sticky, I wonder what ingredient they added - feels like a lot of corn starch.. but I don't think so, because it tasted really good. Matcha Choose all the Toppings you want! October 8, 2017 Went' for it again... and tried Thai Tea and Chocoholic Chocoholic was kinda good and think has some "brownies" which is tasty. The Thai ice tea - hmmm... not sure if I really taste the ice tea.. I guess I put too much "toppings" :)
