Rodeo 39 Garden Grove CA

April 3, 2021 (Saturday) This is so far the best food complex in LA/ OC, I think so much better than Anaheim packing district. However, it was kinda too crowded that I didn't feel comfortable - it is still the Pandemic anyways.

Santa Ana (4th Street) Orange County

Image
Main street in Santa Ana downtown, with lots of restaurants. And 4SM (4th street market) is a complex with lots of food stalls. Seems like this is a trend nowadays.

Steelcraft Bellflower

Steelcraft, more like a small complex with Food stalls, seems to use shipping containers as food stalls.

El Dorado Park

Image
El Dorado Park East and Nature Center Parking has a few of 7 Dollars or you can part near the library area and walk for 20 minutes to the Nature center. It is quite a nice, shaded place.  This is probably the best part of the El Dorado Park. But do take note that they close quite early like around 5 pm. El Dorado West Park There is a free parking but the mostly they are for the Golfers.   The south end with the duck pond is smaller while the north part of the El Dorado Park West is bigger with Tennis Center, Senior Center, Basketball Courts, and Baseball and Soccer fields.

RiceString Noodle Shack, Cerritos, LA

Image
RiceString Noodle Shack (562) 210-8245 https://maps.app.goo.gl/jJbfdBjv5RmEZXGg9 This place is actually quite famous.  Sister restaurant of Phnom Penh (https://www.thenoodleshack.com/) which was featured by Fung Bros. They are pretty known for their Phnom Penh Noodle and Student Noodles...especially, their Pork Bone Broth if you dine. Tried the Phnom Penh Noodle and it was quite tasty and good.  It wasn't WOW but I like that it was just simple. Some might find it bland and will add a lot of the sauce, but I like it the way it is

Granada Beach and Belmont Veteran's Memorial Pier Long Beach

Image
I like this beach, not because of the actual beach.  I actually do not like the beach that much because I can see a lot of cargo ships and not sure how clean the water is with all those ships docked there.  But what is good about this place is that it's walkable to 2nd street which has a lot of restaurants, so you can go find food and enjoy the beach at the same time. Parking: I didn't park at the actual at the beach parking and pay 0.50 cents per 30 minutes. But ended up parking along the residential area in the Park avenue and 1st street area.
