Love the Gumbos and Beignets.  Very New Orleans/ southern type of Food. Tip: Make sure you order the Beignet Flights which is a sample of 4 types of Beignets: Original (No -Filling), Apple, Chocolate (Ghirardelli) and Crawfish. Pork BBQ Rib - very filling and mac & cheese was good. (though I think Limon rotisseries truffle mac & cheese is so much better). Hush Puppies - It's fine for me. You can skip this.

However, would have been prolly better to go a weekday as you don't see people working down in the factory .. so you don't really see Jelly beans being made in action.  There were some screens at every point that shows you how though. They have a cafe - didn't really try it but they tried doing some sort of Jelly Bean-themed food like Bean-shaped burgers.
