I initially ordered an Ube (Yam) flavored ice cream and this reminds me of a Filipino Ice Cream - very creamy and milky (just like our home favorite - Magnolia). What is interesting is they have a lot of interesting flavors - Halo-halo, Ube, Langka, etc.

It's basically just sort of "crumbles" when you eat... not the normal fresh seared tuna that you get anywhere.
