Chow @Church Street, SF

Website:  chowfoodbar.com Address:  215 Church St, San Francisco, CA 94114 Rating: 4 out of 5 star Feedback: This is a better option than Cole Valley's Park Chow as it si not crowded and no lines/queues. I usually think of this as an option if I find the wait in Mission Beach Cafe too long as it's only a few minutes walk from there. They have quite a nice patio as well where you can eat your food. There's assortment of food from pizza, pastas, and brunch food. FOOD   Lamb Burger This was quite good though it seems they've overcooked and burned the patty. Salmon Hash Marie's Cottage Cake Ordered it as a side. I don't think this is good, feel likes pancakes without the fluffiness and it's more expensive like 8.50 as a side!  California With Avocado and Poached eggs :) Egg's Benedict The Place The Patio

Malibu Farm Cafe, Malibu Beach

Website:  https://www.malibu-farm.com/ Cafe Menu: here Address: Malibu Pier, Malibu Beach Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Star Feedback: This is actually quite good and seems like a popular spot Really good and Fresh food for Brunch! Love it! Coffee is tad sweet and they don't seem to handle it with care as they seem to have just given it to me slightly spilled ruining the latte art (and it seems like it was already ready for a while and was just not served). NEXT time: I should prolly try the burger as seems like a lot of people ordered it. cauliflower pizza (lavash bread + goat cheese + three cheese + cauliflower) I actually like this despite that it is just cauliflower! Never realized cauliflower can taste so good on a pizza farm scrambled eggs w/smoked salmon ricotta + baby potatoes + country wheat toast I didn't like this as the smoked salmon tasted too salty for me. I can just prolly skip this. Burrata Salad with Seasonal Fruit burrata

Tried out their two popular dishes, Sluts and Fairfax Sandwich on Dec. 19, 2016. Fairfax Sandwich Cage-free soft scrambled egg, chives, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, Sriracha sauce in a warm brioche bun. What I think?  It's actually quite good.  I like brioche bun and the Sriracha sauce adds a twist to it. Slut Cage-free coddled egg on top of housemade potato puree, cooked in a glass jar topped with gray salt and chives served with baguette What I think?  It's basically puree with egg and so

I haven't tried the pork chop but would love too.  The Grits tasted like normal porridge. Wings (6) and Waffles I like the wings and the waffle is not that sweet (which I like) Katfish  Really Like the Katfish, Grits tasted like porridge which I like Wings & Grits with Potatoes and Toast Went to the other branch just beside it. They serve the same food.

Love the Gumbos and Beignets.  Very New Orleans/ southern type of Food. Tip: Make sure you order the Beignet Flights which is a sample of 4 types of Beignets: Original (No -Filling), Apple, Chocolate (Ghirardelli) and Crawfish. Pork BBQ Rib - very filling and mac & cheese was good. (though I think Limon rotisseries truffle mac & cheese is so much better). Hush Puppies - It's fine for me. You can skip this.

Plow @ Portrero Hill, San Francisco

Website: www.eatatplow.com Address:   1299 18th St, San Francisco, CA 94107 Rating: 4 out of 5 star Feedback: Went on Sunday (Sept. 4) while Burners were in Burning man, and the queue was still almost an hour for 2 people.  This place is a bit tad far from everything too. Food was OK. Nothing amazing, though it feels fresh and organic.  Orange juice tasted not like freshly squeezed but bought from just a jug/carton.  French toast was a lacking taste, and feels just like bread. Food is overall OK and not the worth 1 - 2 hour wait. The Plow ($17) Lemon Ricotta Pancakes (hint of lemon, slightly bland and you need to put maple syrup) Plow Potatoes - love it.. it's crispy on the outsie Scrambled Egg and Bacon French Toast ($13 for 2 pieces) It is OK, not so sweet and just OK!

Tartine Manufactory @Mission, San Francisco

Address: 595 Alabama St, San Francisco, CA 94110 Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Star SF Eater website:   http://sf.eater.com/2016/8/17/12384992/tartine-manufactory-mission-san-francisco-guide#6617759 Feedback: Went there today during Labor Day (Sept 5, 2016), the queue was pretty long (like around 45 minute wait) despite the fact that there should be less people in the city due to Burning man.  The good thing though is that the place is huge that the line moves at a decent pace.  Also, there's a Blue Bottle Coffee beside it which you can buy while waiting. If you just like Coffee and Bread - you can go directly to the Coffee Kiosk and buy it to go and no need to queue up. and here's the long queue (Sept. 5, 2016) Pastriesssss More Pastries and the bread is being baked.... The coffee kiosk where you can order coffee and to-go bread and this is where they make the food Flatbread Sandwich - Prosciutto, Radish, and butter ($13) Fe
